Victor Chrispin Jr.

Top 20 Under 40 Class Of 2021 Winner

Victor D. Chrispin Jr. is a multi-talented, passionate, ambitious game changer for the world. Born in Jacksonville, Florida, he is no stranger to hard work nor hard times. He did not let his circumstances determine his future but instead let it be a fuel to strive for the apex of excellence in everything he does. With that determination he left Jacksonville, to embark upon his college career at the Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University. Victor obtained a degree in Political Science with a concentration in law from Florida A&M University (2016).
After returning to Jacksonville, Victor became a stellar Social Studies teacher with Duval County Public Schools at the Bridge to Success Academy. He received recognition of his remarkable work in the classroom and community by being featured on “The Ellen Show” for his outstanding commitment in the classroom and community. Victor now serves as the Director of the Black Male College Explorers Program on the campus of Edward Waters University where he is committed to the mission of the program as he works with at-promise males from middle to high school to expose them to the endless possibilities of a promise filled future.
Additionally, he is the owner of Yohannas Performing Arts Company, and the owner of Chrispin Company LLC. In both roles Victor pushes the limits of creativity rather producing plays, building marketing plans, arts education, business essentials, entrepreneurship, or leadership. Yohannas Peforming Arts, have provided the community with productions that has serviced students ranging elementary to adulthood. Victor believes in giving those who may be overlooked the opportunity to be a "Star" on the stage, created by us for us. Victor is committed to making paradigms shift that will enhance his community.
