Kayla Bruce is an Assistant Vice President at Deutsche Bank, a Tier 1 German Investment Bank, where she specializes in Change Management, Regulatory Management and Liquidity Management. She has a track record of leading companies through change and challenges to achieve profitable growth within the financial industry (spanning across Managed Consultancy, Marketing Consultancy, Sales and Banking) in US and UK.

Kayla has a passion for Diversity & Inclusion as she loves to learn and celebrate the differences in others, whether it be our cultures or freethinking. At DB she is the Co-Chair of Americas Multicultural Partnership (MCP), an Employee Resource Group (ERG) whose mission is to enrich the work experience of people of color and multicultural people, with a belief that an inclusive team drives stronger business outcomes. In the community, she serves on the Executive Leadership Team of the Jacksonville Urban League Young Professionals, a community based organization that targets young professionals to empower their communities and change lives through the Urban League Movement through volunteerism, philanthropy and membership development.

Kayla is a proud graduate of Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, AR where she received a B.S. in Psychology and Political Science and a Masters in Public Administration.
