Courtney Harris has spent 24 years in retail where he has held various roles in a wide array of fields from telecommunications, to technology, and now health solutions. Courtney has a passion for people development and has also been instrumental in giving back to his community. Courtney served as a Benevity Ambassador leader in South Florida partnering with Feeding Southeast Florida, Habitat for Humanity, and working with kids serving as a mentor in the inner-city areas in South Florida. He is presently Serving on the board of the Association of Talent Development as the VP of Community Engagement as well as a student for this year’s Leadership Jacksonville class of 2022.

Courtney Harris joined Florida Blue as a Center Director in August of 2019. Leaders were quickly impressed with his eagerness to learn about the healthcare field, integrity, and his heart of service to his community. So much so that Courtney was promoted to Regional Director of Florida centers in March of 2021. Courtney can often be found providing mentorship, guidance, and is a voice for inclusivity and equality. He is a devoted husband, father, and colleague. It is for all these reasons and many more, that we nominate him as a “Top 20 under 40” for 2021.
